What we collect

When you write to us or book a tour, we receive your name, your phone or email, the way you prefer to be reached, your child's age, the room you are interested in, when you want to start, your preferred language and the message you send. On this site we do not ask for your child's name, birth date or medical details.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, to set up the tour and to tell you whether a place is open. We do not sell your information.

• Ask to see the information we have about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Ask us to stop sending you messages
