Policies for families
Photos of your child
We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child, on this site, in newsletters or on social media, and you can change your answer at any time. We never put a child's name with a photo, and the photos on this site are examples until we replace them with our own.
When to keep your child home
Your child stays home if they wake up with a fever, vomiting, diarrhea or a rash we do not recognize, and comes back after a full day without those symptoms. If a child gets sick during the day, we call you right away so someone can come pick them up.
Drop-off and pickup
Each child is handed over in person, at the room door, and only to the people you have given us in writing. We ask for ID from anyone we do not know.
Late pickup
If you are going to be late, tell us by message or phone. The rules for late pickup are in writing in the enrollment papers and we go over them in person.
Meals, snacks and allergies
The center serves lunch and two snacks. Tell us about any allergy at the tour; once you enroll, we ask again in private. Families of infants bring the milk or formula.
Naps and safe sleep
Babies sleep on their backs, in their own crib, with nothing else in the crib. Older children rest on cots, at the time each group needs.
Closures for weather and holidays
We close on the holidays we give you in writing when you enroll. If we have to close for weather or another reason, we tell you by text message and WhatsApp.
Leaving the program
We ask for two weeks' notice in writing before your child leaves the program.
Have another question?
Come on a tour, or message us on WhatsApp and we will answer in English or Spanish.
